Apple and walnut pair so well in a dessert, so it was natural that I added them to this cake to spice up the vanilla gluten-free cake box I had in the kitchen.

While I enjoy Wegman’s brand Gluten Free Vanilla Cake, I found that I wanted to make something a little tastier. So, the Apple and Walnut Bundt Cake was born.
