If you love chai and you love vanilla, this smoothie is for you. I tried something new today and it was Amazing! The apple sauce made the smoothie texture like an eggnog and the ginger gave a zing in the back of the throat. Wow. It's so easy and great for a busy morning.
The fact that this protein powder is dairy free just makes it even better. When I can find a tasty drink that is dairy free and high in protein, I going to try it. I hope you like it too.
