There are lots of side dishes on the Thanksgiving Day table. To continue my series on Thanksgiving side dishes, this one is my favorite. You can bring them to other's homes for a potluck or make them as a side for your home dinner. This easy roasted vegetable recipe can be made anytime. My mother gave me this recipe years ago, and I have been making it since.

Easy Roasted Vegetables Recipe Your Family Will Love Ingredients:
2 Potatoes
½ Butternut
2 Sweet Potatoes or Yams
5 Carrots
1 medium Onion
8 tablespoon of Olive Oil (Affiliate Link)
1 -2 tablespoon Parsley (dried)
Salt / Pepper
1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
Easy Roasted Vegetables Recipe Your Family Will Love Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Peel and cut butternut, potatoes, yams, carrots, and 1 onion.
Place in a large bowl and add olive oil (Affiliate Link), parsley, salt, pepper (to taste), and granulated garlic. Mix well.
Place on a cookie sheet (Affiliate Link) and bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes. Turn them over halfway through the cooking process.
