Roasted potatoes are the best. They are not fried and are easy to make. Recently, I made London broil for my husband's birthday. To complement the meat, I decided to make this Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes recipe. It's easy to make and not difficult, and it's great for a side dish or as part of a vegetarian dinner. And, comes together really easily. And, did I mention, yummy! Really yummy! Here's how I made it.

Ingredients
Below are the ingredients I used to make this Parmesan Garlic Roasted Potatoes Recipe. They are pretty straightforward.
2 lb of russet potatoes cut into ¾ inch pieces
½ tablespoon - 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
2 tablespoon dried parsley
2 tablespoon of olive oil (affiliate link)
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Easy Instructions
First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Then, cut the potatoes into ¾ inches cubes. Next, toss with the granulated garlic, parsley, and olive oil (affiliate link). Then, place the potatoes in a baking dish or cookie sheet (affiliate link). I like the glass type. It crisps up nicely.
Then, bake for 20 minutes. Next, use a spatula and turn them over. Then, bake for another 20 minutes. Then, pull it out and toss with Parmesan Cheese. Return it to the oven for 5-10 minutes. When you pull it out, it should be crisp, and the cheese will be melted. Eat immediately.
Variation
There are several things you can add to bump up this recipe. Here are just some of them.
- If you want it spicy, you can add some red pepper flakes to the dish when you add the parmesan and garlic.
- Create a vegan dish using an alternative parmesan-grated cheese.
- Add more herbs; you can also add things like thyme when mixing the potatoes with the other ingredients.
Dishes that you can make with this recipe
