My husband wouldn't eat this, but you're starting to convince me that I should get a spiralizer! Do you know if the handheld ones are any good?
Sabrina Quairoli says
The handheld ones work ideal for softer squashes like zucchini. I still have my handheld one, and it works great. I never tried root veggies with this one, though. I think it would be too difficult for my wrists. The freestanding style would probably work better for root vegetables.
