Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flat oats
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple chunks (Affiliate Link)(Frozen)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (Affiliate Link) (ground)
  • 3 cubes of Candied Ginger (to taste)
  • 1 cup Soy Milk or Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Mix all the above ingredients in a two serving cup NutriBullet or blender.
  2. Leave on for 30 seconds.
  3. Remove and transfer to two 12 oz glasses.
