To quote (Affiliate Link) Donkey from the movie Shrek, "Everybody likes parfaits." I am a fan of any dish layered with 100% goodness. And if it includes blueberries, pineapples, and coconut, it's just that much better. This Dairy Free Gluten Free Parfait Recipe is so easy that it can be a breakfast or dessert. I removed the dairy and gluten from the recipe to make it even better.
