Spinach balls have been a staple and popular American appetizer since the 80s and maybe longer. We loved that they added some vegetables to the first-course spread. In the past, I shared the best spinach ball recipe and have been using it for years. We started to have issues with gluten and dairy in our household, so today, I will share with you the journey of making a gluten-free, dairy-free spinach balls recipe I created this holiday season. Spoiler alert: everyone loved them, and they were gone in the first 15 minutes of our Thanksgiving day festivities.
