Banana pancakes are a delicious option for any morning breakfast. Since our family has issues with dairy, gluten, and eggs, I needed to create banana pancakes without all of these things. Don't worry, it is super easy to make and only requires a handful of ingredients. Follow along and check out my gluten free, dairy free, egg free banana pancakes recipe.

Ingredients
All these ingredients are dairy-free, gluten-free, and egg-free - hence it is vegan as well as gluten-free.
- 2 cups of King Arthur's Gluten Free Pancake Mix (affiliate)
- 1 ½ cup Almond Milk unsweetened (affiliate)
- 3 tablespoon Oil (Canola)
- 1 banana cubed
- 1 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla extract (affiliate)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon, ground (affiliate)
- Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer (affiliate)- for two eggs, use 2 tablespoon of egg replacer and 4 tablespoon water - mix well and set aside.
Instructions
This recipe is super easy to make. I like to use an 8-cup mixing bowl (affiliate) to mix the ingredients.

Measure out all the ingredients and set aside.
- 2 cups of King Arthur's Gluten Free Pancake Mix (affiliate)
- 1 ½ cup Almond Milk unsweetened (affiliate)
- 3 tablespoon Oil (Canola)
- 1 banana cubed
- 1 teaspoon gluten-free vanilla extract (affiliate)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon, ground (affiliate)
- Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer (affiliate)- for two eggs, use 2 tablespoon of egg replacer and 4 tablespoon water - mix well and set aside.

Add the liquids first to the bowl: almond milk, canola oil, vanilla extract (affiliate), the egg replacer mixed, and cinnamon (affiliate). Using a whisk (affiliate), mix.

Preheat the griddle and add a non-dairy spread.
Then, add the pancakes to the griddle.
Cook for at least 5 minutes or until bubbles form. Then, turn it over and cook for another minute.
Reveal
This recipe makes about 12 4-inch pancakes. We used maple syrup, and I used monk fruit syrup.

Variations
If you want to make some changes to this gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free banana pancakes recipe. Add these ingredients below.
- Walnuts - you could add some chopped walnuts. ½ cup would be plenty.
- Chocolate chips - add mini chocolate chips (about ½ cup) works great too.
Any of these works well to kick it up a little bit. If you find that it is a little too thick, you can add a ¼ cup of water to the mixture.
Storage
You can store these cooked pancakes in the refrigerator for 2 days. Try freezing them, let me know what happens. They never last that long in our house.
