grilled herb pork tenderloin

If you ever worked with pork, you know it needs to be seasoned.  It really doesn't have much flavor.  So, to make it taste more flavorful, try this easy grilled herbed port tenderloin recipe.  Great for grilling during the week or on weekends.  You can prep in the morning and let it sit to marinate till the evening.

Ingredients:

2 (1.5 lb) pork tenderloin pack
½-1 teaspoon Kosher salt and ¼-1/2 teaspoon black pepper
½ cup Italian Parsley finely chopped
¼ cup Rosemary finely chopped
2 tablespoon Oregano finely chopped
3 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 squeezed Lemon (add zest if you wish)
1 tablespoon of Garlic (finely chopped)
ingredients for herbed pork tenderloin

Directions:

First, remove the silk from the pork and throw it away.

Then, preheat the grill and place the pork tenderloins on the grill.  You want the grill to be very hot so the meat will sear on the sides.  Turn it over and cook on all sides about 3 minutes on each side. Then, lower the temperature to indirect medium heat and cook till the internal temperature is at 140 - 145 degrees.  Let sit for 10 minutes covered with foil.
