½ lb butter softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs beat well
2 tsp vanilla
10 oz of Chobani® Greek Yogurt
4 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
Topping and filling:
1 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips morsels
Cream together sugar and softened butter.
Add the yogurt, beat eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, sift together, flour, baking powder, baking soda.
Add to dry mixture to the wet mixture a little at a time.
In a separate bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and chocolate chips.
Add muffin liners to the muffin pan.
Use a small ice cream scooper and place one scoop of batter into each muffin tin liner. With a teaspoon scoop the topping and filing mixture and sprinkle over the batter. Press down with the back of the spoon and then add a few morsels if they are not in there already.
Then add another scoop of batter and with the teaspoon scoop the topping and filing mixture and sprinkle over the batter, press it down with the back of the spoon and add a few morsels if there aren't any on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or under cooked inside with a toothpick.
Let cool for 10-15 minutes.
