I can't believe it has been a year that I added Tuesday Healthy Recipes to my blog. I made a total of 50 recipes. Wow! It was fun to make these recipes with my family and sharing these new recipes and revisit tried and true ones from my childhood with you. To celebrate this occasion, I included 10 most popular recipes of 2015 below for your convenience.
10th most popular recipe: Oyster Mushrooms Swiss Chard and Spaghetti - This oyster mushroom recipe was from a kit I received from my sister-in-law. It was two weeks of making oyster mushrooms and deciding what to do with them after they matured.
9th most popular recipe: How To Make A Quesadilla Bar - This recipe was great fun with the kids.
8th most popular recipe: Buffalo Chicken Flatbread Pizza - This was easy to make and great for a weeknight meal.
7th most popular recipe: Gluten Free Banana Walnut Muffin - This recipe came from the fact that we had bananas that were rippening and no one wanted to eat them.
6th most popular recipe: One Pot Spaghetti Dish - This one was a recipe that I created while using Barilla's Pronto product.
5th most popular recipe: Texas Chili Recipe - This one is my favorite chili recipe given to me by a friend of ours years ago.
4th most popular recipe: Taco Mac and Cheese with Beans and Tomatoes - This recipe was found at William-Sonoma and we added to it to make it even more special.
3rd most popular recipe: Cucumber Tomato Chickpea Feta Salad - This is one of my favorite summertime salad recipes.
2nd most popular recipe: Quick Easy Tomato Sauce Recipe - This is a recipe I learned from my mom. The best tomato sauce recipe ever.
1st most popular recipe: Spinach Balls Recipe - This is my favorite appetizer recipe with honey mustard dip. It can also be used in a tomato sauce.
I hope you revisit these recipes to make them for your family.
