I noticed as I get older that I need more liquids to hydrate myself. So, having a smoothie in the morning is quick and easy and helps me have enough liquids right after waking. The NutriBullet(R) was a purchase I made for myself and my family two Christmas' ago, and it is an asset to my diet. If you are a fan of coffee and love chocolate, check out this smoothie that will give you both all in one delicious shake.

If you want more information about Isagenix, you can read about my first experience with the product. I created this page about two years ago, and I am still using the product regularly. Once a day to be exact. It helps me keep up with my protein without eating tons and tons of meat and dairy something I physically can't do due to my dairy and beef sensitivity.

Correction on calorie count. It's actually 250 calories for the dairy free Isagenix chocolate protein powder.
Yum, I do love a good smoothie. It's even better when it offers some great health benefits. Off to give it a try for my after the gym reward.
