I noticed as I got older that I needed more liquids to hydrate myself. So, having a smoothie in the morning is quick and easy and helps me have enough liquids right after waking. The NutriBullet(R) was a purchase I made for myself and my family two Christmass' ago, and it is an asset to my diet. This chocolate protein smoothie Recipe contains one I tried recently and wanted to share with you today. Chocolate Protein Smoothie Ingredients:
1 packet of Protein Powder Drink (I love Isagenix(R) Isalean DairyFree Rich Chocolate)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon (Affiliate Link)
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Pure Coffee Extract
8 oz purified water
3-5 ice cubes
Chocolate Protein Smoothie Instructions:
- Add all the above ingredients ( 1 pack of protein powder packet, cinnamon (Affiliate Link), nutmeg, pure coffee extract, purified water, and ice cubes into a Nutribullet(R).
- Turn it on for 30 seconds or until the smoothness you desire. It does fill up the cup, so be careful not to overfill it.
- Enjoy! Drink within 10 minutes of making the smoothie. Isagenix recommends drinking it within 10 minutes of making it.

Correction on calorie count. It's actually 250 calories for the dairy free Isagenix chocolate protein powder.
