Weeknight Sheet Pan Recipes
Sheet pan recipes are great for weeknight meals. They use only one sheet pan (or maybe two). It's usually roasted in the oven at 425 degrees for 30-40 minutes depending on what is going to be cooked and how small the pieces are.
