One lb of bacon sliced
1 lb of mushroom sliced
2 red pepper sliced

How to make KETO Bacon Wrapped Sausages with Veggies Recipe?
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. While the oven is preheating, Cut the sausage into 2-3 inch links. Add to a bowl. Open the bacon packet and wrap each piece of sausage with one bacon strip. Set on a Cookie sheet (Affiliate Link).
Step 2. In a bowl, add the mushroom slices, red pepper slices, dried thyme (Affiliate Link), and add the avocado oil and salt and pepper. Add the coated veggies to the cookie sheet (Affiliate Link).
Step 3: Roast in the oven for 15-25 minutes until the bacon is cooked. If the roasted peppers and the mushrooms look like they cook too quickly, feel free to remove them and place them in a bowl. Then place the cookie sheets (Affiliate Link) back into the oven and continue roasting. Add more thyme if needed.
Step 4: Pull out and serve and enjoy. You can easily have it for lunch the next day too.

Below are the ingredients you can modify for this keto-friendly recipe.
Red pepper: If you want less red pepper you can add just add one. It depends on how large the peppers are.
Broccoli: You can also add some green veggies like broccoli florets. This will give it some green and feel your tummy up.
Cooked sausage: If you want to use cooked sausage, this recipe will cook up a little faster.
