KETO Sausage and Bacon Wraps with Veggies Recipe

Keto recipes are very flavorful. From sausage to beef, you can make a savory dish that is super easy to make and eat. This Bacon Wrapped Sausage with Veggies Recipe is another one of my sheet pan recipes. It's easy for weeknight meals for a family of 4. It's great as leftovers as well.

How much does this recipe make?

This recipe makes about 4 - 6 servings depending on how large you make the sausage slices. The smaller the slices, the more people you will be able to feed.

What is in this KETO-friendly Bacon Wrapped Sausage with Veggies Recipe?

1 lb of pork Italian sausage
One lb of bacon sliced
1 lb of mushroom sliced
2 red pepper sliced
1 tablespoon dried thyme
2 tablespoon Avocado oil
Salt / Pepper

How to make KETO Bacon Wrapped Sausages with Veggies Recipe?

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. While the oven is preheating, Cut the sausage into 2-3 inch links. Add to a bowl. Open the bacon packet and wrap each piece of sausage with one bacon strip. Set on a Cookie sheet.

Step 2. In a bowl, add the mushroom slices, red pepper slices, dried thyme, and add the avocado oil and salt and pepper. Add the coated veggies to the cookie sheet.

Step 3: Roast in the oven for 15-25 minutes until the bacon is cooked. If the roasted peppers and the mushrooms look like they cook too quickly, feel free to remove them and place them in a bowl. Then place the cookie sheets back into the oven and continue roasting. Add more thyme if needed.

Step 4: Pull out and serve and enjoy. You can easily have it for lunch the next day too.

Red pepper: If you want less red pepper you can add just add one. It depends on how large the peppers are.

Broccoli: You can also add some green veggies like broccoli florets. This will give it some green and feel your tummy up.

Pull out the veggies if the sausage and back are taking longer than expected then continue cooking the sausage and bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of pork Italian sausage
  • 1 lb of bacon sliced
  • 1 lb of mushroom sliced
  • 2 red pepper sliced
