8 Ways to Use a Zipper Storage Pouch

I was wandering around one of my favorite stores and found this great zipper storage pouch! This zipper pouch measures 12 inches long by 15 inches wide and can expand to about 2-3 inches when zippered. It's a great size to use for a variety of items.

So, I thought to myself, "Self, how many ways can I use a pouch this big?" This is what I came up with. Enjoy!

8 Easy Ways to Use a Zipper Storage Pouch

Store Your School Textbooks in Pouch

Idea 1: Get several of the pouches and use one for each subject. Label the subject on each bag and put it in your locker when you do not need it. If you are looking for more back to school ideas, visit our posts here.

Gather the Small Loose Toys and Store in Pouch

Idea 2: Store small loose toys in the pouch. With the zipper, it will keep everything in one place and will never spill out unless the pouch opens, that is. Feel free to visit our 29 Days Small Items Big Clutter Challenge for more ideas on things you can store in the pouch.

Idea 3: School Keepsake items, like yearbooks, can fit in this pouch. Here I have seven years of elementary school yearbooks that easily fit in this zipper pouch.

Idea 4: Coin collections and other collections. If you have books for your groups, they fit nicely in the zipper pouch.

Add Your Workout clothing to the pouch and store it in your car.

Idea 5: Workout gear for your bag or when you travel. Folding these items neatly in the pouch will allow you to fit the right amount of items in a small space.

I, too, am a fan of zippered pouches! Mine are a little different...poly zip, only 10X13, expand to an inch. I use them to corral papers pertaining to individual projects. Kinda like a manila folder, but you can see in and they can't fall out. I'm curious about yours, though. Are they available online? Also love the larger Ziploc bags, but can't always find them.
