Asian recipes are great for me because I can easily stay away from dairy. The recipe gives a lot of flavor. This Asian Turkey Burger recipe is no different. The use of dark turkey ground meat helps give the burger the fat it needs and helps add flavor to the burger.

1 red onion sliced, coated with olive oil then grilled
2 garlic cloves (crushed or minced)
1 lb turkey ground dark meat
1 TBSP Gluten Free soy sauce
½ cup carrot (shredded)

1 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce (optional)
Chili garlic and mayo for sauce topping for burger
Rolls (GF or regular)

Mix Garlic, ground turkey, soy sauce, carrot, ginger in a bowl and make 4 turkey burgers. Set aside for 10 minutes.
Preheat grill.
Coat burger with a nonstick spray.
