The first bathroom DIY idea I will share is to paint the vanity. Painting your shabby vanity is a great way to update your bathroom without too much work or time. There is a lot of waiting, but you can quickly maximize your time by doing something else while the doors, drawers, and cabinets are drying. Our post below shows how we updated our shared bathroom makeover during the lockdown.

Add an area to put on makeup.
If you have a little room in your bathroom, you can easily add a vanity to hold all your things for the morning instead of cluttering up the sink area. Below are posts discussing what I created for my vanity area. Click on the image to reach the original posts.
You can also update and add bins under the vanity to keep it organized. Check out my powder room under the sink update!
Linen Closet Organization
Another thing you can do for an Easy bathroom DIY is to organize your linen closet. If you have a few hours, you can quickly clear out your linen closet and reorganize it. Below are posts about things to keep in your linen closet and what shelf to put them on. Feel free to visit the details here.

6. Add decorative bathroom-safe wallpaper or a fresh new color of paint.
Peel and Stick wallpaper could freshen the space in accent areas. Or, if you are venturous, you can paint the bathroom a bright, fresh new color. Ensure the wallpaper can be used in a damp room like the bathroom.
7. New Baskets to organize things.
If you want something quick and easy, update little baskets to hold all your daily products. This will clean up the vanity and make the area more organized and attractive.

Repurpose items to organize the bathroom
And last but not least, another option for easy bathroom DIY ideas is to repurpose items from around the house to organize your bathroom. These options are cheap ways to update the bathroom.
Repurposing items to use for organizing is my favorite thing to do. It does not just organize the bathroom; it also takes things that would have been in the landfill and reuses them to make something new. It's a win-win! See the projects below that I made for our bathroom using reused things.
