Slow Cooker Dump Dinner Recipes
The first dump dinner option is to use a slow cooker (Affiliate Link). It's an easy one to use, and almost everyone has a slow cooker (Affiliate Link) or CrockPot(TM). To minimize the salt and high fat and carbs options out there, I created this collection for people who want to use their slow cooker (Affiliate Link) but stay low carb or high fiber.

Oven Roasted Sheet Pan Dump Dinner Recipes
This oven-roasted method of cooking is one of my favorites. Just by cutting vegetables and placing them on a lined baking sheet (Affiliate Link) in a preheated oven at 400-425 degrees, you can have a flavorful meal that you can easily cook in 25-40 minutes, depending on how many ingredients you use and how stuffed the baking sheets (Affiliate Link) are. This vegetable oven-roasted recipe was a surprise at how many people enjoyed this. The roasted beets make a good combination with the honey glaze that is added to these vegetables. Instant Pot Dump Dinner Recipes
The Instant Pot recipes are easy also because you can saute ingredients in them and then dump the rest of the ingredients in them and let the pressure cooker part do the rest. Chili Recipes are great dump dinner recipes. And I have tons of them here! It's one of my go-to dinners because they are complete and easy to put together. They can easily be cooked ahead of time and either frozen or reheated for those busy evenings.
